Dr. Carlino was friendly, courteous and listed to me. He treated the presenting problem and prescribed medication for the problem area; and swabbed the infected area for further testing. I felt that I needed more than just an antibiotic cream for the eye, but an oral antibiotic since the underlying problem had been occurring over the course of 4 months.

I seem to have pink eye which is a common ailment with different causes that requires a Doctor evaluation and appropriate prescription medicine but it does not require an office visit for a fairly confident diagnosis. A video chat is appropriate and super helpful. Doctor Khan was pleasant and professional and made sure that my questions were answered.
