Every thing went well, till they had a few real emergencies. Don’t understand why they weren’t taken to Emergency at a regular hospital that has a Emergency Area. That’s what made it so much longer for the rest of Us to wait our turn.

He asked good questions and listened to my concerns. He didn’t d a thorough exam and fully explained the diagnosis, the medications I would need to take and how soon I could expect to feel better. He also noted that if I developed other specific symptoms I should go to the ER but said such developments were not common.

This doctor is extremely professional and friendly at the same time with a great bedside manner. Demonstrated her knowledge in a helpful way and seemed to provide not only information but also the options relatiled to my issue. I was very pleasantly surprised. Usually I view immediate care offices with some skepticism but I was very happy I visited this office.
