Subil Thomas was welcoming, respectful, introducing himself, making me feel comfortable even though the waiting room wait was long…. He listened to me, addressed questions & concerns I had, definitely referred to information in my records and explained what tests were going to be done and why. His exam was thorough. After tests he told me results, put me on an antibiotic, told me to connect with my primary care physician if symptoms did not improve…. I felt well cared for!
