She is able to make a patient feel seen and valued. She is quietly confident and is expert at her job. The last PA-C I saw there was also expert and nice but I was put off that she referred to the techs as "girls" despite the fact that some are as old or older than she is. She called me "dearie", which is condescending. I am 71 years old.

I thought she was awesome, Truly, I thought she did her job very well, especially thoroughly Even though we didn’t have a lot of time because I had to get to the bus stop to pick up my daughter, but she gave me all the information I needed as well. The questions that she needed to ask and we’ll figure this out. If someone can think her for me, that would be wonderful.
