I recommended Christina Salazar DO to my wife because Dr. Salazar was able to pleasantly and patiently ask questions and talk to me about a plan of action (for a bee sting and swelling that I was very concerned about). It's good to have a doctor that you can talk to and know that she (or he) has compassion for you. Sometimes being in a doctors office (or ER) can make you fearful and when your doctor can calmly reduce your stress.

I am a 'tough' patient when it comes to following orders, but Dr. Salazar is so patient with me....I was refusing to go for a CT scan, but Dr. lightly demanded that I go. Thank God I did! I thought I was suffering from one thing, but it turned out to be Shingles. I was hospitalized for three and a half days, but the doctors and nurses worked with me and helped me with my extreme pain. That's all thanks to Dr. Salazar. I would highly recommend going to her!

She is better than any Dr we’ve had! She is genuinely caring and understanding. Always trying to help my husband who’s been sick for years. She actually does research to find new ways to help with tests or nutrition or new things never tried. Gina will get back to a message from mychart right away even on her day off!! More like the Drs from the olden days! Shes excellent in her profession! She deserves awards!!
