She’s not friendly, very defensive… Her tone of voice is off, and I was surprised at how cut she was. Not good with kids either (which was the reason for the visit). Couldn’t explain the difference between a telehealth and an in person doctors appointment and then made me feel like there was something wrong with me because I couldn’t understand her? But I didn’t understand what she was saying so naturally, I was confused.

She was patient with me and my 6 month old baby. I’m a first time mom so my daughter being sick is a whole new thing I have to learn and she was very kind and diagnosed an ear infection. Something I didn’t even realize could be an option. She got us the antibiotics we need and hopefully she starts feeling better
