Krista was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. Took her time to explain what she thought and answer questions. Would prefer to deal only with her as a provider on future visits but the system does not provide for that.

She assumed that I was having some heart difficulty because it said trust pain, when in fact, it was related to my cough and subsequently I had to have bronchitis. If I had not spoken up and told her everything that was going on or if she had read the notes from the nurse when she was in to see me, then she would’ve understood more clearly. I think the wait time was unbelievably long and because no one came in to give me any updates I felt communicating with me on my care should have been considered. I realize that there are more critical emergencies that walk in the door. However, lack of communication is the key here.

The cause of my symptoms was not obvious. Dr. Vester didn't jump to conclusions or rush the exam. He took the time to consider each of the possible causes and helped me understand that specific medical condition, so that I could provide additional context/info to determine the likeliness of it being the root of the issue. I left feeling that it was a thorough examination of an unclear case, informed about each of the potential causes/watchouts, and had a treatment plan that left me in great shape for the next few days.
