The treating physician, Dr Rabacal was caring and thorough during our follow up phone call explaining my treatment options. He offered a digestible explanation about why my condition maybe occurring, showing seemingly sincere compassion during our discussion. He even offered additional comfort measures to ensure I was holistically cared for in preparation for any side effects I may experience from the necessary treatment prescribed.
