Dr. Rabacal was thorough and patient. He answered all my questions and provided information on things I hadn't thought of. I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with him. I didn't expect such wonderful care from an immediate care location with the concerns I had. I knew I needed to get to my primary care physician, but i couldn't get an appointment so I went to immediate care to try to get some relief while documenting my issues. I figured if there were immediate concerns for my health that they would then refer or expedite my need to get into my primary care physician. Luckily nothing was an emergency. Thank you!!

Same reasons as above, she was very thorough and caring. Nothing I said felt dismissed and she listened to everything that was going on, taking all of it into account. She made sure to explain why certain things were ruled out and provided thorough reasons for her recommendations as well.
