I had several questions. Even though Dr.Szeto had a busy waiting room he listened, did a through exam and answered all my questions. He checked my history in mychart and commented. He gave very clear directions . He wished me well as I was leaving. I find this extraordinary as it was a short appt. and that was all that was necessary. He seemed to be able to listen, advise and care even in a short time. I did not feel rushed or unheard which is typical today. Somehow Dr. Szeto seemed pleasant vs. overwhelmed. This is commendable in today's healthcare situation. Thank you!
