Ms O'connell was friendly, made me feel at ease, and answered all my questions during the exam. She was well informed and when a subsequent question came up after my visit, she took my call regarding a concern raised by the pharmacist and very nicely and professionally explained why there was no reason to worry about the issue raised by the pharmacist regarding my medication. On her own, which I appreciated, she offered to call the pharmacist and clear up any concern, which I didn't consider necessary after her explanation to me. Thank you for such great service.

When one is sick or has non-emergency caliber injury or other medical problem, this is a great way to get immediate care. I don’t know if there are times when it is crowded - which could limit efficiency, but I felt appropriately cared for in a timely manner.

We HAVE recommended Doctor Shah. He gives us the feeling that he is interested caring and does say if he doesn’t know the cause of our problem. Then orders tests to check suspicions. He called my husband to personally give test reports and give instructions on further care. He acts genuinely concerned for our complaints and wants to remedy our problems. He is not hard to get into see. He keeps openings for his “sick” patients.
