Dr. Napier took my concerns very seriously & responded with sincerity. Took time to explain both big picture and smaller details. Going in I was concerned staff & doctors would think I was being overly concerned about nothing. I felt a bit apprehensive about going in. Dr. Napier took my concerns & anxiety seriously & professionally and put me at ease. I was never made to feel awkward or dumb. Greatly appreciated!

This was actually the second time I had seen Dr. Selvarajah. The first time was just a few months ago on [date] when I had a sinus issue due to dust exposure. Like that last time, Dr. Selvarajah impressed me today. The nurse (?) who saw me before him was actually the one who diagnosed my problem being impacted ear wax - and, she was the one who then irrigated my ears to solve the problem. (Thank you, whoever you are!) But, the doctor came in next and provided a lot of useful information and a prescription.

I wish he could be my personal physician. I felt an immediate rapport and this was on a remote appointment at the Bloomingdale Urgent Care. He was empathetic, accurately diagnosed my condition and was reassuring. He listened to me and actively involved me in the next step of treatment. I had been so upset I had a follow up request and he handled that promptly as well in a way I could understand. This is an outstanding and exceptional physician. I feel very fortunate to have been in his care.
