She took the time to listen to me. Did not feel rushed or that I was just a number. I felt that she was familiar with migraines and understood what I was experiencing. Made sure I understood what she was giving me and why and what medications it would interact with. Probably the best care I've received at an urgent care.

Very fast service. I suspected a UTI and provided a urine sample. Then I was told I could leave. As soon as I stepped outside, the nurse practitioner called, talked with me about symptoms and told me to pick up a prescription. I was only in the building for 15 minutes or so. Never have I experienced such fast, competent care.

He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He wanted to use a couple of medications and hold a third in reserve if I don’t improve in a couple days. He said to just make a follow up appointment if not improving and he would prescribe the third medication. I explained that it would cost $250 for that appointment because of the new job/insurance coverage. The prescription should only be a couple of dollars even without insurance. He sent the third prescription rather than having me make another appointment.
