Doc was as on-point as one could hope for. Was appropriately comprehensive around questions, during physical exam, and with specific tests ordered. Did an effective problem assessment and concluded what the issue was reasonably and logically. Was clear and easy to talk to. I left with a full understanding around my health condition, possible outcomes of labs, what to expect, and game plan around what to do next based on the outcomes once reported. Dr. Szeto was very competent, calm and reassuring. He made an awkard situation less so and reassured me throughout the visit. He went well above and beyond calling multiple sites to ensure I got the imaging I needed and was so kind and understanding throughout my visit. He is an excellent physician and a very kind person, and Nothwestern is is lucky to have them on their team, as well as his patients.
