I have to say unfortunately I have been to a lot of medical facilities and none comes close in service to the Bartlett Northwestern Immediate Care facility. Even though I waited for 2 hours to be seen the service was outstanding. Bridget Bruce was extremely nice and the nurse was also extremely nice but the once person that had me sold from the get go was Gisselle. Not only was she extremely friendly and personable and did not make it feel like a transaction but the icing on the cake was she came out to the lobby to all the patients and offered all of us snacks and a drinks. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and she is the definition of what service is all about. Shout out to the hiring staff because you hired a diamond in the rough.
