She conducted a virtual follow-up visit for my post-COVID continuing issues. She was very pleasant, listened to my my symptoms and concerns and issued an antibiotic prescription. Her telephone manners were very calming, and she had genuine concern to help to give me relief.

* Good patient communication * She double-checked my blood pressure and changed medicine recommendations based on the recheck * She seemed to understand how stressful extended time in the waiting room is for patients. Even though she couldn't alleviate the situation, the empathy was appreciated.
