Jennifer listened to my description of my symptoms, asked appropriate questions regarding any further symptoms, and performed an appropriate physical assessment. I was happy to hear she did not see the need for an antibiotic even though an antibiotic could possibly help! We discussed the treatment(meds) she felt more appropriate for my symptoms. She also encouraged me to call her back if no improvement or if I had further questions. I felt Jennifer to be friendly and very competent.
