My overall score was an 10 because no later than 10 minutes after me checking in Rachael called me to discuss my injury and to see if an X-ray was needed or not; very efficient. Rachael was informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly nice. She made me feel welcomed once we greeted each other. The entire visit and the energy Rachael shown I could tell she enjoys doing her job, and she does it well. Thank you Rachel
