The Nurse P.A. was smart to triage over the telephone while we were waiting in the waiting room. This reduced the time to get authorization for x-rays. Smart decision and good use of treatment time. I would have like a printout of the breathing exercise because I have a brain injury so my memory loss impact my ability to remember medical treatment instructions.
