Dr. Ritter’s compassion really shone through. I felt well cared for and she was very informative. She went above and beyond making sure that I was able to sign up for MyChart so that I could retrieve my Dr. note. She was so kind and it made me feel very comfortable.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had in my life. Eddy the PA at your Lincoln square location was so kind, professional & caring. He took extra steps and ran extra tests to ensure that I was ok. He then recommended that I go to the ER. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee on your team!
