Dr Mark did an excellent job of removing my stitches on my chin. She took great care to not cause any pain and to remove them smoothly, which was remarkable because they were so tiny. She showed me how small the threads were and I'm surprised she could even SEE them, let alone remove them. Thank you very much!

Additionally she informed me that my results would be in MyNM for my doctor to review. Helen saw me as a person not medical issue to address.
