Knowledgeable, thorough, explains things, answers your questions. Takes time, friendly, very personable, gives us a feeling of confidence, takes things slowly, looks at his patient as an individual and respects that individual’s opinions and needs.

Not only did he spend the time to talk AND listen. He apologized for being delayed which wasn’t even that bad of a delay. I just took a nice nap. And he walked me out to the reception area to schedule testing.
