Dr McClain makes you feel like you are the most important person she is seeing that day. You never feel rushed or that she is too busy. She reads your chart before seeing you which has not always been my experience with other practices. She calls and checks in on you and where other doctors may ignore something she wants to understand why. She never dismisses your concerns.

I haven’t been able to even get an appointment with Dr McLain for a couple of years because she is so booked, inside to wait for her because I’ve seen her for years and was always very happy with her care. Berenice helped me get one with her this time and this time, for the first time, she seemed kind of removed from our conversations about my health. For example, she recommended actions I should take for symptoms I never said I had. I actually said I had symptoms opposite to what she thought I said. It was surprising.
