I consider the health care professionals at NW to be exceptional, and Mona is one of the best of the best. Not only is she a gifted APRN but is so compassionate. I feel like I have a great advocate for my health, someone who listens and actively seeks solutions. I feel encouraged and I feel valued and heard.
