Professional, on time, took MAJOR time to walk me through all of my options and very personable. All the staff was so friendly. Even when I was late due to navigation in the building, everyone was so accommodating. Dr. Iacob took so much time with me I was surprised when most physicians want to get you in and out, he did the exact opposite. 7 months was worth the wait!

Being that this was my first time meeting this doctor, his demeanor was very off putting. He seemed very knowledgeable, but I felt as if I was bothering him to be there. I went to him trying to get answers to some ongoing medical issues, and walked away feeling like I was a burden for being there.

Answered questions that I understood. Explained his recommendations. Had a plan, go down the list. Did not recommend extreme measures first.

it was a very upsetting appt. The first thing he said when he walked in the room was,”Why are you here why are you seeing me?” I didn’t even know how to answer. I saw Dr. Iacob maybe 2 1/2 years ago for five minutes and haven’t seen him since. I was referred to him again by my primary care physician. She thought he would be able to deal with my face pain better than my migraine neurologist that I see in downtown Northwestern. He seemed to be very disturbed and upset about this. He was quite angry when he walked in the room, before I even said a sentence. He said I had a whole team of doctors working on me why would I need to come to him. I tried to explain to him that my “team” of neurologist(2 drs dtown) are for my migraines and my primary care physician thought it would be good to see him about my face pain. He did not care, he did not want to listen to me. I I do not understand what happened and as I said earlier it’s very disturbing. He was dismissive cruel and rude. I’ve never been treated like this before and I’m not even sure what happened. It was a terrible experience and I still can’t believe he did what he did. This all happened in a matter of less than 5 minutes.
