I did not realize that I introduced Dr. Michele to a rare condition of a geyser cyst until she told me at the next appointment that she had contacted three other shoulder specialists all of whom had never had a patient with the same condition. I appreciated the time she took to research my condition as well considered the research I had done. I still recall the day of surgery when Dr. Michele greeted me with an upbeat attitude. That helped me to be more relaxed about the procedure.

I had two extremely painful shoulders. Dr. Glasgow operated on both, and now I am pain free, and, they feel like they did when I was a younger man. In my opinion, Dr. Glasgow is very good at her profession.

First of all, her reputation precedes her. That in itself brings trust. She talked to you, not at you--unlike other doctors I have been with. She really listened to me and answered any questions and concerns.

See my notes above. Everyone says Dr. Michele is a wonderful doctor. Everyone says this, and it's true. She addressed the purpose of my visit. She explained what was going on and how I got to where I am at. She valued me as her patient. She provided options for treatment and discussed them with me. I asked about another injury which led to this visit and she pulled up my Xrays, and the MRI and looked at them and gave her feedback. She is just a great all around doctor.

As stated before, Dr. M. Glasgow is fantastic. She knows her stuff, and in my case, I've abused my shoulders for close to 50 years, walking on crutches because of left leg amputation. She took extra care to go in and fix what was needed. I have another shoulder to be repaired, and without any doubt, Dr Glasgow will do it!
