He listened, he paid attention to what I said and what I didn't say. He looked at my chart and read it. He asked good questions and complimented me on how well I take care of myself. He even addressed another issue which could be compounding the issue I came in for. He was proactive. He was professional and caring yet friendly and easy to talk to.
