We lived in the south suburbs for years and I had always heard good things about Dr. Liston. Well, he exceeded my expectations! I was very nervous about my right elbow that had a fracture. I was afraid that I would need surgery or have to wear a cast. Dr. Liston was very knowledgeable and between viewing X-rays that had been taken 4 days before, and looking at my right arm and elbow told me neither would be needed. That was excellent news. He was so very kind and has a wonderful mild manner.

Dr Liston talks to you like he is a personal friend. His conversations seem more like a trusted good friend and not a doctor talking to a patient.

Dr. Liston makes me feel like I’m his most important patient. He asks me how I am doing and how I’m feeling. He asks how my hip feels and explains clearly where I am in my rehab, what progress I’ve made (and shows it on the X-rays), explains everything in simple terms, and what I can do next to continue my progress. I really believe that Dr. Liston feels invested in my full recovery and really cares about me as a patient and a person. I have recommended Dr. Liston to many friends and relatives because he is a great orthopedic surgeon and a great person! I will continue to do so.

I was in a lot of pain with my knee and Dr. Liston made time in his busy schedule to see me. He listened carefully to all my knee concerns and prescribed medication. He wants to hear back from me in a few days to see how I’m doing. I would recommend Dr. Liston to any of my friends or family that would need orthopedic care.
