She explained everything about my symptoms logically and thoroughly, demonstrated exercises and gave me a time line for what improvements to expect. If I had had these explanations preoperatively or at the time the dressing came off I wouldn't have needed the visit. But it was very helpful. I would suggest an OT visit as a routine on the day the dressing comes off.

Melissa does a great job. She has a good sense of humor and encourages her patients to keep working on their health. One thing I worry about is a pre-existing condition I have with my hand, I have ongoing pain and together Melissa & I try to address this issue.

She is very knowledgeable. She makes the sessions fun. Great at making recommendations for exercises I can progress with. My strength has improved immensely. She even got me to do my exercises at home on a regular basis.
