Melissa was excellent in explaining everything we needed to know. Very kind and friendly she even drew diagrams for us which helped as well. She is definitely well educated in this profession. We really enjoyed talking to her and her opinions. We always fill out these surveys but are never sure the staff are receiving the compliments. It’s always about the Hospital. The staff is what makes the Hospital run.
