Substitute for my primary internal medicine doctor that is on sabbatical - so only have had telehealth communications - but like most doctors listened, communicated well and of course educationally competent

Dr. O'Brien was actually a patient referral from another Northwestern Medicine Dr. that had him as his personal Dr. too and that carried a lot of weight with me and I am very happy to be under his care for several years now. All of his staff in the department are wonderful too and obviously work very well together. Phyl is a very personable nurse/technician that is a very important part of this team and patient experience too.
