She was polite and considerate. She heard my reasoning for my visit and understood my concern. After getting my x-rays she even sat and went over them with me at my request, explaining what we were seeing.

Love the new process of waiting in your car for the phone call from the dr. More comfortable and quicker! Dr. Was so friendly, directly to the point, ordered my meds and I could leave!

After all of the tests came back negative, she continued to probe me with questions and her gut made the decision to do a chest xray. Luckily she did, because we wouldn't have known I had pneumonia.

She was kind and knowledgeable. She wasn't in a rush to get out of the room after she examined my daughter. She was encouraging my children to look out the window to count the birds they saw while they waited. I've never seen a doctor do that and just visit with my kids for an extra minute. Dr. Tilly (or Grandma Tilly as she called herself, which I thought was adorable) was so genuine and caring. She also said she was going to see what was taking the test results so long-- even though I didn't even mention the wait! Loved that!
