"10" because Mary R. Murray, PA-C, offered medical advice that showed her knowledge and experience, explained everything so it was easy to understand, and showed warmth and kindness while interacting with us. She was not a junior employee at NM who could work holiday hours. She was a true professional who was of tremendous help to us. NM should feel fortunate to have such an individual in your medical group!
