She made you feel at ease the minute you walked in to the office. She explained the results of my MRI and how we were going to proceed with treatment. When I finished my appointment I felt that all my questions were answered and I knew exactly what was coming next.

Mary Ellen was the consummate professional. She was very patient with my questions, and explain them in the manner in which the average Lehman can understand. She also has a very tremendous sense of humor. She also gave me the big picture and outlined the next couple years of my appointment.
