Mary-Katherine is the best of the best. She is brilliant and friendly. She actively included me in what to do about my issues. Talking to her is like talking to your best friend. She should be cloned.

Mary-Katherine could not be more professional. She is an accomplished listener and provides detailed applicable Information to each and every question. She takes all necessary time to effectively explain assessments of tests and images and explains pros and cons of procedures. Very knowledgeable of Northwestern services allowing for familiarization to other departments and specialities outside of her area. Makes herself available for any additional support that she could provide if needed. You leave with the assurance that she is and will remain a committed member of your medical team!
