As a former college professor, I am giving Dr. Wood an A+. It is the first time in my 77 years of age that I have seen a professional doctor with so much empathy. She not only addresses the health issues giving me choices, but she goes out of the way. She prepared me psychologically for my cataract operation the following day. Dr. Wood is superb! NW is lucky having her in the team.

Allow patient to truly be a part of there treatment plan, and ask you what's going on with you. She listens and try to map out if all the concerns work together as one major issue. This is what was missing in my treatment. Refreshing!
