I am so very grateful to Dr. Mark G. Romanelli for having seen me over an international video call on such short notice. My anxiety level was considerably high. Even though it was the first time meeting him, his kind demeanor and knowledgeable presence made this tele visit a comfortable and trusting experience. He already had answers to my questions, and he took the time to listen to all my concerns. A few minutes after the visit, he had already posted his visit notes and follow-up care on MyChart. ¡Mil gracias, Dr. Romanelli! :)

Dr Romanelli and his nurse Jacki (Jaqueline) are great. Thorough, friendly, and efficient. Clearly and with grace explained his findings and reason for biopsy, which was painless and easy. The whole visit was quick but never felt rushed, and am very confident and comforted in the care I received. If I do end up needing Mohs I am thankful to have such a great team getting me there.
