Dr. Ferreira made me feel at ease immediately. She stated that she was happy to see me and it had been 11 years since my last colonoscopy and we both joked about how much gray hair we both had since the last time we saw each other. It’s the little things along with attention to detail that makes me comfortable. You wouldn’t believe the number of doctors that don’t read your file until you walk into their office and sometimes not at all.
