Dr Ferreira was happy to answer all my questions and concerns without rushing. I noticed on the report following my procedure, that the Dr adjusted her scope size after encountering a difficulty, instead of forcing the issue. I appreciate that she took extra care to make sure there were no issues following my procedure. I have already recommended her to a friend.

She was VERY knowledgeable and professional. One tech was using a blood pressure cuff that was too small [I was a bodybuilder] she explained/demonstrated how it MUST fit to get an accurate reading. She INSISTED on a larger cuff.
