Margaret was very, very knowledgeable and professional, and responded quickly to what appeared to be a slightly urgent situation by calling her attending physician into the office. She was also very, very caring, comforting, kind and efficient.

M Rancich very effectively took care of my ear problem. She explained what she was doing and was thoughtful about my comfort as she worked in my ear. She also answered questions I had about blood pressure and followed up after my appointment with her.
