Again, like I said above, he has an excellent personality and seemed very genuine and caring. H didn't have to mince words when I got some bad news and he had a very well laid out plan for my care. He listened to me and talked me through my concerns and reassured me this was the best plan for my care. I feel I can easily trust him.
