Dr. Abbas really took the time to listen to me, did a thorough examination, answered any questions I might have, and gave me a clear path of steps to take going forward despite my circumstances being a bit mystifying. She's the reason we go to NM Internal Medicine.

This was my first time meeting Dr Abbas and she was exceptionally understanding and non-judgemental, which is unfortunately not always the case in my experience as a gay person. She was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful.
