Dr. Afana is an extremely knowledgeable cardiologist who listens to his patients, evaluates their needs and lifestyles, and advises knowingly and understandingly on the cardiac issues at hand.

Dr. Afana provided me with an extremely thorough and thoughtful consult where he took the time to dive into my medical history and attempt to figure out if anything out of the ordinary was going on. He did a great job explaining my results and reassuring me that there was nothing to be concerned about. Dr. Afana was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared.

Dr Afana was very impressive.., informative, professional, patient, open to questions. Explained in a way that I completely understand the need for and the potential dangers of the procedure. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He has the right amount of confidence and compassion. Most importantly, he fit me in very quickly for both the consult and procedure. I very much appreciate how me and my situation was handled.
