Female patients sometimes aren’t taken as seriously when they complain about pain. She was respectful and listened and her recommendations resolved my pain.

Ms. Kaiser listened carefully to my concerns, has been extremely responsive, and has come up with what seem to me like reasonable next steps in diagnosing my issue. I'm glad to have her as a part of my care team.

She is very thorough with her examination with me, explaining step by step what she was doing. She expressed concern of my elevated blood pressure and retook it. She instructed radiology not let me leave until was able to read the report. She kept me there until she was satisfied the the results of the test. She protected me.
