Everyone was so nice and helpful. Megan (our nurse) and Dr. Jessica and Dr. Torero were so friendly to my son (3) and made him feel at ease. They gave me so much information and were very thorough in their assessment.

Leaving our visit I felt so thankful he is our sons doctor. He’s thorough and kind. Validates fears and show true empathy. Such a wonderful doctor and human.

Dr. Torero is one of the best physicians I’ve ever met. He sits at your eye level and thoroughly explains the issues and conditions. He is always facing the patient/parent never once looking away unless he has to review a document/test result. He speaks my 14 year old directly and I really love that. So many wonderful things to say about this physician.

He always wheels right up to my son and talks directly to him asking pertinent questions pertaining to his asthma. He is such a kind and caring doctor.

I loved Dr. Torero’s bed side manner. He was very thorough and thoughtful in his questioning. I appreciated that he spoke directly to my son, who is 14, and not just to me. He answered all my questions and concerns.

It was A+, kind, lovely service from start to finish. Rebecca is an incredible human who put my 6 YO at ease and made him excited for a breathing test! She even walked us down to Dr. Torero, well out of her way and not in her job description. Dr. Torero and team were thoughtful & extremely helpful. They took so much time to make us feel truly cared for. I am incredibly grateful.

Dr. Torero is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We left the pulmonologist assigned to us the the NICU after a few visits because Dr. T filled in once for the other guy and the level of care and compassion was incomparable!! When doc no longer had office hours at Christ in Oak Lawn, we felt that staying with him was worth the hour plus drive to CDH.
