She's amazing. She absolutely has one of the best bedside manners I've seen in a long time with a doctor. She takes time to listen and explain, you don't feel so rushed. I had recently had a miscarriage and she was extremely compassionate and attentive to my needs. Very hard to find doctors like Dr. Heo, I very much hope she stays at Northwestern forever.

She is very competent and called me after my appointment because she had second thoughts about my medication. I really appreciated that she had thought about it after I left and called me herself. She also has a very upbeat fun personality.

She was really nice and nice to talk to but I would've liked more concrete answers. She let me know everything would be okay but I still have so much anxiety. Yet very nice however and patient.
