I was very pleased with the feedback I received from Dr. Madani and her staff. I am highly, highly disappointed with my GP's office at Northwestern. I have had many communication issues with Dr. Ulstrup's staff. Return calls and messages take too long and do not adequately addressed my questions or concerns. I have been a patient of hers since 2008 but think it is time to switch based on my experiences in the past year.

Dr Madani was warm and professional and explained everything to me. She also followed up with a phone call late in the day once my results came in to recommend medication. She could not have been nicer!

Very good care. She’s smart, kind & professional. She understood my medical history & and respected my input, confirming my own “diagnosis” after initial urine sample- pre-lab send off. Happy & relieved to start antibiotics tonight- before Thanksgiving tomorrow!
