Dr Laycock has a way of listening,and actually hears you when you speak and I'm not just a number like other Dr's she's the best around point blank and I've seen many Dr's. Who don't care.

I have gone to Dr Lori Laycock for years and she is ALWAYS very professional, compassionate, genuine, caring and thorough. She is never rushed or dismissive of my concerns. She listens and explains treatments and options, she is knowledgeable and most of all, she is trustworthy and honest.

I believe Dr Laycock is a very good doctor and will continue to see her, but I will no longer wait more than 30 minutes. If I continue to be disappointed I will seek out another practice.
