Both the doctor and nurse took all the time needed to make sure they understood any concerns. The doctor came up with an action plan and made sure I understood it. I really appreciate knowing my care is in their hands.

Been my doctor since I was a kid and she is very thorough and asks questions then tells why she has to ask them, don’t feel rushed through appointment

She is an exceptional provider, with decades of clinical experience… all though she doesn’t look old enough to back the statement… good health yields a healthy person. This is a doctor who takes the time to listen to every word and concern you have. Her team and nurses are just as attentive to detail as she is. What a huge asset these fine professionals are to NM. The front desk lady is also very sweet. It seems so busy, yet she is always wearing a smile and so kind… quite knowledgable and cares to do her best for each patient from what I have observed. This is not your typical scenario, in my opinion.

I've a particular approach towards my healthcare and expect to work with a team that will embrace that approach. Dr Laycock and her support team provide it. they take a few minutes to explain the health issues, possible causes and multiple paths to wellness. With my commitment to a solution, we begin the road to recovery. I appreciate the communication and interaction I have with my Dr. I recommend Dr Laycock to anyone looking for someone committed to patient health.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lori Laycock for 13 years and she has consistently been supportive, understanding, and and honest. She has seen us through a lot of medical ups and downs over the years. Dr. Laycock's team is also amazing, Val especially!

The receptionist, Sadie was very attentive, and nice. Explained things thoroughly. Waiting time for the provider was non existent. Dr. Laycock was amazing as always. She gives you the platform to ask questions. Gives good advice.
