She has an excellent demeanor. Seems patient, thoughtful and reasonable with options and suggestions for care. Upon my recommendation my sister recently saw Dr. Laycock and wishes she would have made the move years ago.

She took time to talk with me. She answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. She explained tests she wanted to run and why. She arranged for the phlebotomist to come take blood in the exam room, where I could be more comfortable, because she knew of my fear of needles.

I would give this answer a 10+ except for these call center people who will not allow a person to get an appt until a month out. I love Dr. Laycock as my doctor for the past 30+ years!
